Services

Recover Your Tariff provides full-service tariff refund recovery, including eligibility analysis, CAPE Declaration preparation, filing through the ACE Portal, and case management through CBP processing.

Fees

Our fees are contingency-based: a percentage of refunds we successfully recover on your behalf, payable only after CBP releases funds. If we recover nothing, you owe nothing. Specific fee percentages and terms are set out in your individual engagement letter.

No guarantee

Refund outcomes depend on CBP determinations and applicable law. We make no guarantees about specific refund amounts or timelines. Estimates are not commitments.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to fees paid by the client for services rendered. We are not liable for refund denials, processing delays caused by CBP or other agencies, or changes in applicable law or policy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state of incorporation of Recover Your Tariff, Inc.
